Jarostaw Nadrzycki
Jarosław Nadrzycki, born in Żagań, Poland, is a distinguished violinist recognized as one of the most exciting talents of his generation. He began his musical education in his hometown and later studied at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań under Professor Jadwiga Kaliszewska. Nadrzycki further honed his skills at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with Professor Igor Ozim and the Royal Academy of Music in London under Professor Igor Petrushevski.
At the young age of twelve, Nadrzycki made his solo debut at the Great Hall of Tchaikovsky's Conservatory in Moscow. His career has since flourished, with performances alongside prestigious orchestras across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has won numerous international competitions, including the Aram Khachaturian International Violin Competition, the G. Enescu International Competition, and the Jascha Heifetz Competition, among others.
Nadrzycki's notable performances include Krzysztof Penderecki's Violin Concerto No. 2 “Metamorphosen” with the Simón Bolivar Orchestra of Venezuela, conducted by Penderecki himself, and at the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival with the MDR Sinfonieorchester under Kristjan Järvi. From 2013 to 2018, he was the leading violinist of the Meccore String Quartet and later founded the Boarte Piano Trio in 2018.
He has performed in renowned venues such as London's Wigmore Hall, the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, and the Romanian Atheneum in Bucharest. His discography includes recordings for labels like Orphée Classics and Hänssler Classic, featuring works by Brahms, Bach, and Mendelssohn-Bartholdy. Nadrzycki continues to captivate audiences worldwide with his exceptional talent and dedication to the art of violin performance.
