Harpo Marx
Harpo Marx (1888-1964) was born with the first name of Adolph, which he later legally changed to Arthur because he disliked it. He was a member of the Marx Brothers, a famous comedy act, and was known for never speaking during performances, instead using pantomime and whistling to communicate. Harpo earned his nickname due to his talent for playing the harp, an instrument he taught himself to play. His unique and unorthodox techniques on the harp intrigued and fascinated classically trained harpists. Among his popular songs are "Everyone Says I Love You" and "Blue Moon."
