Carlton Braganza
Carlton Braganza is an Indian musician, singer, and entertainer known for his innovative contributions to the music scene, both in India and internationally. Born in 1972, Braganza's musical journey began in Bandra, Mumbai, where his early experiences in school choirs and local musical events shaped his artistic persona. He studied at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, and later ventured into the merchant navy, a career that allowed him to explore the world before settling in Bangalore.

Braganza is perhaps best known for his "Jukebox Jammies" sessions, a series of hour-long online music performances that he began during the COVID-19 lockdowns on March 22, 2020. These sessions, which ran for nearly 250 episodes, amassed over 10 million views across Facebook and YouTube by the end of 2021, providing solace and entertainment to audiences during a challenging time. His efforts during the pandemic were recognized at the India Nightlife Convention & Awards 2021 in the "Lockdown's Leading Lights" category.

In addition to his online presence, Braganza is celebrated for founding the music club Opus in Bangalore, which became a cornerstone of the city's live music scene. He also runs an events and entertainment company called Trump it! His performances have taken him to diverse locations worldwide, from the Northern Lights in Finland to the beaches of the Maldives, and he has shared stages with artists like Natalie Di Luccio at events such as the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival in 2023.

Braganza's versatility extends beyond music; he is also a photographer, designer, and writer, embodying a true Renaissance spirit. His passion for music and dedication to providing platforms for other artists have made him a beloved figure in the music community, both in India and abroad.
