Bob Ricketts
Bob Ricketts, born Robert Williams Ricketts on March 15, 1885, in Springfield, Ohio, was a multifaceted American musician known for his contributions as a pianist, composer, lyricist, bandleader, song arranger, and music publisher. He passed away on November 25, 1936, in New York City. Ricketts was notably associated with fellow musician and songwriter Porter Grainger, with whom he collaborated on numerous musical works. In 1918, he was based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he led the pit band at the Standard Theater, providing music for theatrical performances.
