Usher Raymond IV, born on October 14, 1978, in Dallas, Texas, is an acclaimed American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor. He rose to prominence in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a leading figure in contemporary R&B and pop music. Usher's career began with his self-titled debut album in 1994, but it was his second album, "My Way" (1997), that catapulted him to fame with hits like "Nice & Slow" and "You Make Me Wanna...". His third album, "8701" (2001), produced chart-topping singles such as "U Remind Me" and "U Got It Bad", earning him his first Grammy Awards.
Usher's fourth album, "Confessions" (2004), was a monumental success, selling over 20 million copies worldwide and featuring hits like "Yeah!" and "Burn".
