Mr. Jack Daniels' Original Silver Cornet Band is a modern re-creation of a small town band that originally existed in Lynchburg, Tennessee, from 1892 to about 1914. The contemporary version was developed by David Fulmer, who not only wrote the show but also performed as the "Professor" for many years. Since its inception in 1978, the band has toured extensively across the United States and Canada, performing in concert halls and at various music festivals, music educator conferences, as well as civic and private events. The band is known for its joyful style and expert musicianship, offering audiences a nostalgic experience reminiscent of a bygone era characterized by leisurely summer evenings filled with music and community fellowship.
