Dima Verba
Dima Verba was born on December 4, 1978, in Izmail, a town near Odessa, Ukraine, during the era of the Soviet Union. Raised in a family where his mother was an English teacher and his father a bass guitar player, music became an integral part of his life from an early age. At the age of three, he began his musical education with piano lessons before switching to guitar. He graduated from Odessa music college named after K.F. Dankevich in 1995, where he immersed himself in the local jazz culture and was influenced by several great teachers.

Dima Verba honed his skills in Odessa for a decade before moving to Moscow to further his career as a bass player. Between 2004 and 2010, he collaborated with numerous artists and bands, including "Quarter," "Prime Minister," Bogdan Titomir, and "Funk Quartet." Despite the challenges of city life, he returned to Ukraine, settling in Kyiv, where he participated in projects such as "Alex Fokin RadioBand" and "MojoJojo Blues Band."

From 2013 to 2015, Dima traveled to the Caribbean and Cambodia, exploring new musical influences and working with British sound producer Jon Hurris. This period of exploration and collaboration led to the creation of alternative rock songs, forming the foundation of his upcoming solo album. Dima Verba is known for his open-minded, hardworking, and creative approach, always seeking to innovate and collaborate with progressive musical groups.
