Andy Gibson
Andy Gibson, born on September 15, 1981, in Spokane, Washington, is an American country music singer and songwriter. Raised in a musically inclined family, his father, John Gibson, wrote the theme song for the classic surfing film "Endless Summer." Andy began playing guitar at the age of nine and formed a band called Missing in Action by the age of twelve, serving as the lead guitarist. After graduating early from high school, he moved to Nashville to pursue his music career, working as a demo singer and performing in Spanish restaurants.

Gibson's songwriting breakthrough came when he co-wrote "Don't You Wanna Stay," a duet by Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson that topped the country charts in 2011. This success led to a recording contract, and he released his debut single, "Wanna Make You Love Me," in 2011. The single, produced by James Stroud, was well-received and its music video aired on CMT. Following the closure of R&J Records, Gibson joined Curb Records in 2012 and released the single "Summer Back," which entered the charts later that year.

In addition to his singles, Gibson's discography includes the compilation album "Best of Andy Gibson," released in 2015. Throughout his career, he has continued to write and release music, contributing to the country music landscape with his distinctive sound and songwriting prowess.
