Dave Howard
Dave Howard is a versatile musician known for his work in both the alternative rock and blues genres. He is the central figure of The Dave Howard Singers, a Canadian alternative rock project originating from Toronto, Ontario. Active initially from 1981 to 1992 and reformed in 2007, the project is characterized by Howard's unique blend of crooner vocals, electronic rhythms, and an Ace Tone organ. The Dave Howard Singers gained a cult following in the UK during the 1980s, noted for their eccentric mix of light pop and industrial music.

In addition to his work with The Dave Howard Singers, Howard is a founding member of the blues band Young Neal & The Vipers, formed in 1983. Known for his gruff singing voice and harmonica skills, Howard was inspired to pursue music after witnessing John Lee Hooker perform. He also led his own band, the High Rollers, and spent time touring and recording with Roomful of Blues. Throughout his career, Howard has been recognized for his dynamic stage presence and emotional performances.
