Arnold Kocharyan
Arnold Kocharyan is a distinguished Armenian baritone, recognized for his significant contributions to the A. Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet National Academic Theatre. He has achieved international acclaim, notably securing first place in a competition in South Korea and earning a cup at the Placido Domingo competition in the USA. Kocharyan's formal music education was completed at the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory in 1974, and he has been imparting his knowledge as a docent in the department of solo singing there since 2003.

Kocharyan's illustrious solo career began with the choir of MayrTachar of Etchmiadzin and continued at the Yerevan Opera House. His repertoire includes roles such as Silvio in "Pagliacci," Giorgio Germont in "La Traviata," Count di Luna in "The Troubadour," and Tatoul in "Almast," among others. His performances have left a lasting impact on audiences at prestigious venues like the Mariinsky Theatre in Saint Petersburg, as well as in cities like Montpellier, Sassari, Lisboa, and Toronto.
