Rosy Barsony
Rosy Barsony was a Hungarian-born dancer, singer, and film actress, born on June 5, 1909, in Budapest, then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. She was active in the entertainment industry from 1929 to 1957, making significant contributions as a performer. Barsony was also known by the name Rozsi Barsony-Sonnenschein. Her career included roles in films such as "The Old Scoundrel" (1932), "A Mad Idea" (1932), "A Bit of Love" (1932), and "And the Plains Are Gleaming" (1933). She was featured in Paul Abraham's "Roxy und ihr Wunderteam" in 1937 alongside Oscar Dénes. Rosy Barsony was married to Oszkar Denes from 1948 to 1950. She passed away on March 23, 1977, in Vienna, Austria.
