Mila Mason
Mila Mason, born on August 22, 1963, in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, is an American country music artist known for her work as a singer-songwriter. Her mother, Diane, was a singer who performed in Las Vegas and toured Europe, which influenced Mason's musical path. At the age of 17, Mason moved with her mother to Nashville, Tennessee, where she pursued a career in songwriting and worked as a demo singer. In 1993, she was discovered by record producer Blake Mevis, who introduced her to Atlantic Records' vice president, leading to her signing with the label.

Mason's debut album, "That's Enough of That," was released in 1996 and included the Top 20 hit single of the same name. Her second album, "The Strong One," was released in 1998, after which she took a break to focus on songwriting. She co-wrote Mindy McCready's 2002 single "Maybe, Maybe Not" and later recorded it on her 2003 album "Stained Glass Window," released under the independent Twinbeat label.

In 2010, Mason paused her recording and touring activities to lead the Faverett Music Group in Nashville. She returned to music with the release of the single "Run Like a Girl" in 2015. Throughout her career, Mason has been associated with labels such as Atlantic, Twinbeat, and Plateau Music Nashville.
