Bruce Fisher
Bruce Fisher, born on January 8, 1951, in Washington D.C., is an American songwriter, record producer, and playwright renowned for his collaborations with Billy Preston. Raised in Chicago, Illinois, by his grandmother, Fisher moved to Los Angeles, California, in the early 1970s, where he continues to reside.

Fisher's most celebrated works include co-writing the songs "You Are So Beautiful", "Will It Go Round In Circles", and "Nothing from Nothing" with Preston, all of which were created before 1973. His career in music also includes his first LP release, "Red Hot" in 1977, where he collaborated with notable artists such as Roy Ayers, Keni Burke, and the Brecker Brothers. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Fisher performed and worked with an array of musicians, including The Blackbyrds, James Gadson, and Quincy Jones, for whom he wrote the title track of the gold album "Body Heat".

In recent years, Fisher has been active in theater production, working as a managing member at Speak of the Devil LLC. He has been producing a play he wrote titled "Hear No Evil", featuring Tony Award nominee Keith David and directed by Tony nominee Obba Babatunde. Fisher has also contributed to Leigh Jones' debut album, "Music In My Soul".
