Chocolat's
Chocolat's is a Belgian disco-latino group formed in 1975 by Marcel de Keukeleire and Jean Van Loo in Mouscron, Belgium. The group was initially named "Les Chocolats Boys" and achieved early success with the hit single "El Bimbo." They later changed their name to Chocolat's and released their first single "Brasilia Carnaval," which became their biggest success, selling approximately 5 million copies. This track was followed by another successful album, "Rythmo Tropical," which sold 1.4 million copies.

Chocolat's was known for its vibrant performances featuring frontman Salvatore Acquaviva and four "Brasilian" dancers. The group achieved some success in the United States with the single "King of Clubs," which reached #13 on the Billboard National Disco Action Top 40 chart in 1976. Despite a decline in success with later albums, they scored a final hit in 1980 with "La chatte à la voisine," which became a major summer hit in France, Italy, and Germany.

The group disbanded in 1980 after producing seven albums, though their music continued to influence and be repopularized by other artists, such as the French group La Compagnie Créole. Chocolat's briefly re-emerged in 2014 with a new album featuring remixed hits and new tracks.
