Molella, born Maurizio Molella on November 6, 1964, in Monza, Italy, is a renowned Italian DJ, record producer, and radio host. He began his journey in music at the age of 14, creating mixed tapes for friends. After obtaining a diploma as a designer and mechanical engineer, Molella started his career in radio at Muggiò’s Radio Country and later worked at several other stations, including Radio Deejay, where he became a director in 1986.

His collaboration with Jovanotti in the late 1980s elevated his profile, leading to television appearances and tours. Molella's first major production was the 1990 single "Je Vois," followed by a series of successful tracks and remixes throughout the 1990s, including "Revolution!" and "Confusion." He also worked with artists like Gala and The Outhere Brothers, producing hits such as "If You Wanna Party."

In 1995, Molella released his debut album "Originale Radicale Musicale," which included popular tracks like "XS" and "Change." He continued to produce music into the 2000s, with notable singles such as "Genik," "Discotek People," and "Love Lasts Forever," and received an Italian Dance Award in 2001. His work often featured collaborations with other artists and incorporated elements of eurodance and electronic music.

Molella remains active in the music industry, contributing to the electronic dance music and house genres, with a career spanning over three decades.
