Kailash Verma, a young musical prodigy, has been making significant waves in the reggae music scene since his early childhood. Born in June 2010, Kailash first gained attention as a vocalist at the age of ten by posting impressive covers of reggae songs on YouTube. His clean and precise vocal style quickly caught the attention of the reggae community.

In June 2021, Kailash made his live debut at the Right Vibes Festival in Santa Cruz, California, where his performance was well-received. This pivotal moment led to an invitation from reggae legend Don Carlos to perform on stage at the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, alongside Slightly Stoopid, in front of a crowd of 9,000 people. That year, Kailash was also nominated for the Best New Young Artist award at the International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA).

By 2022, Kailash had formed his own band, showcasing his talents not only as a lead vocalist but also as a keyboard player. His musical style is an eclectic mix, drawing inspiration from reggae, dancehall, jazz, and funk, which he blends to create a distinctive and unforgettable sound.

In 2023, Kailash released his album "Across the Ocean," which was praised for its lyrical depth and rootsy musicality. Despite his young age, Kailash's vocal qualities and musical precision have been likened to those of artists with many more years of experience.

Kailash continues to expand his reach by performing at various shows and festivals across California and beyond. His journey in the music world is just beginning, and he is already considered a promising torchbearer for the future of reggae music.
