Daniel Sanchez is a professional musician based in Austin, Texas. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Lubbock, Texas, he moved to Austin in 2009 after a decade of performing in New York City. Known for his versatility, Sanchez has played across various genres, including rock, jazz, pop, country, and Latin music. He served as the house drummer for Parker Jazz Club in Austin for two years and has performed with notable artists such as Wynton Marsalis, Veronica Swift, and Jeff Coffin. An alumnus of Texas Tech University, Sanchez holds degrees in Music Education and Music Performance. He continues to perform throughout Texas and is involved in music ministries in Austin. He represents Salyers Percussion and A&F Drum Co. as a drum-set artist. Sanchez resides in Round Rock, Texas, with his wife and three cats.
