Allan Theo
Allan Théo, born Allan Rouget on April 11, 1972, in Saint-Amand-Montrond, France, is a French singer and songwriter known for his contributions to the pop-rock genre. He gained significant recognition with his 1998 single "Emmène-moi," which became a commercial success, reaching No. 6 on the French charts and achieving gold status. Allan's early musical influences came from his mother, who loved Motown and jazz, and his father, who introduced him to rock music. Despite early difficulties with his father, Allan pursued music, learning piano at age 12 and exploring jazz inspired by Keith Jarrett.

After initially focusing on a career in international commerce, Allan returned to music, releasing his debut album "Emmène-moi" in 1998, which sold over a million copies in francophone countries. He later shifted towards a folk sound with his second album "Soupir," self-produced and released in 2002. Allan continued to evolve his musical style, forming the Theo-Group and performing in cafes, while also engaging in projects like the collective Les Marguerites to support Alzheimer's research.

In 2010, Allan utilized the platform My Major Company to fund his album "Reprends les armes," showcasing his versatility as an artist by writing, composing, and performing most of the album himself. Allan Théo remains an active figure in the French music scene, adapting his style and continuing to engage with his audience through various musical endeavors.
