Ramon Morales is a US-based recording engineer known for his work at Sugar Hill Studios in Houston, Texas, from 1994 to 2000. His career in music began with a passion for playing guitar, which eventually led him to the technical side of music production. After completing a recording program at The Art Institute of Houston, Morales gained experience as an intern at a top Houston studio and by mixing live shows. This foundation set the stage for his work as a monitor engineer for high-profile artists such as Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga.

Morales's first major tour was with Destiny’s Child, where he initially worked on their second album at Sugar Hill Studios before transitioning to mixing front of house for their live performances. Eventually, he became their monitor engineer, a role he embraced and continued to excel in. Since then, Morales has been working with Lady Gaga, adapting his approach to meet the unique demands of her performances, which include a variety of instruments and vocal cues. His expertise in mixing has evolved alongside technological advancements, transitioning from analog consoles to more modern setups, ensuring that each performance maintains consistency and quality.
