Ronnie McNeir
Ronnie McNeir, born on December 14, 1951, in Camden, Alabama, is a distinguished songwriter and vocalist known for his contributions to Soul music. He embarked on his musical journey as a teenager, releasing his debut single in 1966 at the age of 15. Gaining valuable production experience with Kim Weston, a duettist of Marvin Gaye, McNeir went on to release his first album, "Ronnie McNeir," in 1972. Renowned for his sweet vocal and keyboard performances, he continued to produce music and released another self-titled album in 1975. His notable songs include "In Summertime," "We've Got To Stop (Meeting Like This)" with Teena Marie, and "Since I Don’t Have Your Love."
