Fred Raymond
Fred Raymond, born Raimund Friedrich Vesely on April 20, 1900, in Vienna, Austria-Hungary (now Austria), was a notable composer and writer. His works include the films "There Goes the Bride" (1932), "The Student's Romance" (1935), and "Once I Loved a Girl in Vienna" (1931). He was married to Eva-Maria, with whom he had one child. Fred Raymond passed away on January 10, 1954, in Überlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, due to a heart attack. Among his musical compositions, the singspiel "Ich hab’ mein Herz in Heidelberg verloren" premiered in Vienna on April 29, 1927, and the operetta "Marielu" premiered in Dresden on December 19, 1936.
