Regina Adams
Regina Adams is an American songwriter known for her contributions to the music industry, particularly with the song "Everybody's Somebody's Fool," which has been recorded by numerous artists across different decades, including Kay Starr, LaVern Baker, Dakota Staton, Arthur Prysock, and Michael Jackson. She is credited with writing and arranging music, and her work has been featured on various record labels such as Capitol Records, Atlantic, and Motown. Regina Adams is married to Ace Adams, with whom she has collaborated on songwriting projects.
In addition to her songwriting career, Regina Adams is also a soprano with extensive experience in voice teaching. She holds a Master's degree in Voice from Indiana University-Bloomington and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Delaware. After a successful performing career in New York City, she relocated to the DC-metro area and currently owns and directs Songbird Voice Studios in Reston, Virginia, where she teaches folk, classical, and musical theatre styles.
Regina Adams is also a lead singer in the Adams Family Gospel Group, which she formed with her family in Chester, Pennsylvania. The group started their ministry in 2006 and has performed at various Christian coffeehouses and festivals. They released their first CD, "The Beginning," in 2010 and have opened for notable acts such as the Dixie Hummingbirds.
