David Bennett is a British pianist, composer, and YouTuber known for his educational content on music theory and history. Born in 1993, Bennett began his musical journey with piano lessons at the age of eleven, eventually teaching himself and becoming a professional musician by twenty-one. He graduated from the British and Irish Modern Music Institute with a B.A. in Professional Musicianship in 2014.

In 2018, Bennett launched his YouTube channel, "David Bennett Piano," where he shares his passion for music through videos that analyze and appreciate music from the last century. His channel has amassed over 1.2 million subscribers, with videos frequently featuring his favorite artists, The Beatles and Radiohead. Bennett's educational approach is praised for simplifying complex concepts without oversimplifying them.

Bennett's career highlights include a residency at Monaco's Casino de Monte Carlo, recording at Abbey Road Studios, and appearing in an episode of WDR's 'Wunderschön!' with his band.
