Bobby Flax
Bobby Flax is a multifaceted figure in the music industry, known for his diverse roles as a cover-band singer, songwriter, producer, lawyer, and publishing executive. In the early 1970s, he co-led the pop rock group Bullet with Lanny Lambert. The band achieved notable success with the single "White Lies, Blue Eyes," which peaked at #28 on the U.S. charts in 1971. This track was co-written by Flax and Lambert and marked one of six charting songs he wrote between 1971 and 1975.

Following his time with Bullet, Flax transitioned into a successful pop disco songwriting duo with Lambert. Their collaborative efforts continued to yield hits, including songs for artists like Gloria Gaynor. Beyond his songwriting and production work, Flax pursued a career in law, becoming a music attorney in New York. He eventually worked for EMI Music Publishing, further showcasing his versatility and influence in the music business.
