Christopher
Christopher Lund Nissen, known simply as Christopher, is a Danish pop singer and songwriter born on January 31, 1992, in Frederiksberg, Capital Region, Denmark. He began his music career in 2011 and is known for his vocal, guitar, and piano skills. Christopher first gained attention with his debut single "Against the Odds," which reached number 23 on the Danish Singles Chart. He followed this with "Nothing in Common," which peaked at number 5.
Christopher's debut album, "Colours," was released in 2012, and he has since released several more albums, including "Told You So" (2014), "Closer" (2016), "Under the Surface" (2019), and "My Blood" (2021). His music has been influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, and John Mayer. He achieved his first number one single in Denmark with "CPH Girls."
In his personal life, Christopher moved from Frederiksberg to Amager, Denmark, with his family. He was in a relationship with Danish singer Medina before marrying Danish model Cecilie Haugaard in June 2019. The couple has two daughters, Noelle, born in 2021, and a second daughter born in 2023.
Christopher remains active in the music industry, signed to EMI Denmark and Warner Music Korea, and continues to perform and release new music.
