Groucho Marx
Julius "Groucho" Marx (1890-1977) was the third of five Marx Brothers, known for their successful comedy films in the 1930s. Trained in vaudeville, Groucho developed his iconic look with glasses, a cigar, and a greasepaint mustache and eyebrows. After the decline of the Marx Brothers' film career, he became the host of the game show "You Bet Your Life," showcasing his exceptional verbal wit.
