20 Fingers is an American production team and musical group originating from Chicago, Illinois, known for their work in the dance, house, and Eurodance genres. The group was initially formed in 1993 by producers and DJs Carlos "Charlie Babie" Rosario and Manfred "Manny" Mohr, later joined by J.J. Flores and Onofrio Lollino. They gained popularity in the mid-1990s for producing a series of pop, dance, and rap songs characterized by humorous or risqué lyrics.

Their first single, "Short Dick Man," featuring vocalist and rapper Gillette, was released on August 31, 1994. The song became a global success, topping the charts in France for three weeks and reaching the top 5 in several European countries, as well as the top 10 in others like Austria, Belgium, New Zealand, and Australia. In the United States, it peaked at number 14 and was a club hit. The song's controversial lyrics led to the release of a clean version titled "Short Short Man," which performed well in the UK Singles Chart.

Following the success of "Short Dick Man," 20 Fingers released their debut studio album, "On the Attack and More," which featured Gillette on most tracks and included the single "Lick It" with vocals by Roula. This single also achieved success in Europe and clubs worldwide. In 1995, they released their self-titled second and final studio album, which included tracks like "Sex Machine" and "Holding on to Love."

20 Fingers is also known for their collaborations with artists like Gillette, Roula, and the trio Max-A-Million. Despite their brief period as an artist, they have continued to work as producers since 1996. Their music, often noted for its explicit content, was released in both censored and uncensored versions.
