Tom Bahler
Thomas Lee Bahler, born on June 1, 1943, in Inglewood, California, is a multifaceted American artist known for his contributions as a singer, composer, songwriter, arranger, producer, and author. He gained significant recognition for writing the song "She's Out of My Life," famously recorded by Michael Jackson. Originally intended for Frank Sinatra, the song became a hit in Jackson's repertoire.

Bahler's early career featured collaborations with Jan Berry of Jan and Dean, and he performed as a vocalist with his brother John Bahler in the Ron Hicklin Singers. The Bahler brothers were integral to the sound of The Partridge Family, providing background vocals for the popular 1970s television series.

Together, John and Tom Bahler formed the band The Love Generation, producing three records, with "Montage" being primarily a project by the brothers. Following this, they joined The Going Thing, a band created to promote Ford Motor Company products.

Tom Bahler's songwriting credits include Bobby Sherman's hit "Julie, Do Ya Love Me" and Cher's "Living in a House Divided." His work extended to television and film, where he produced music for beauty pageants and composed for movies, making cameo appearances in films like Wag The Dog.

An associate of Quincy Jones, Bahler contributed to the Grammy Award-winning project "We Are the World" in 1985, which he regards as a career highlight. Throughout his career, he has worked with notable artists such as B. J. Thomas, Neil Diamond, Sonny & Cher, David Cassidy, and Billy Joel.

In addition to his music career, Bahler authored books, including "Anything is Possible: A Tale of Æsop" and "What You Want Wants You." His diverse talents and collaborations have left a lasting impact on the music industry.
