Maria Helena Nunes
Maria Helena Nunes is a Brazilian contralto born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She began her musical studies at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and was involved with the 'Opera Stadium' under the direction of Amin Feres. Furthering her education, she studied with Marilene Gangana and Marcos Thadeu. Maria Helena Nunes is also a member of the Coral Lírico of Minas Gerais.
