Jan Łukaszewski
Jan Piotr Łukaszewski (born August 1, 1949 in Gdańsk ) – Polish conductor , teacher, and organizer of musical life, general and artistic director of the Polish Chamber Choir Schola Cantorum Gedanensis. Artistic director and originator of the International Mozart Festival Mozartiana.
For almost 50 years, he has also directed the Pueri Cantores Olivenses Boys' and Men's Choir, and collaborates as a guest conductor with, among others, the Polish Radio Choir in Krakow , the Krakow Philharmonic Choir, the Silesian Philharmonic Choir, the Choir of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław, the Łódź Philharmonic Choir, and many ensembles in Poland and abroad.
