Konzerthaus Kammerorchester Berlin
Konzerthaus Kammerorchester Berlin is a chamber orchestra founded in 2009 by members of the Konzerthausorchester Berlin. The ensemble performs its own concert series at the Konzerthaus Berlin and involves its members in program planning and the selection of soloists for upcoming performances. The orchestra has collaborated with renowned soloists such as Misha Maisky, Daniel Hope, and Sebastian Knauer.

Their first CD, "Recomposed by Max Richter: Vivaldi – The Four Seasons," featuring violinist Daniel Hope, was released by Deutsche Grammophon / Universal and achieved significant success in the classical music charts. Additional recordings have been produced by the Berlin classical label "b-sharp" and are available for purchase at the Konzerthaus Berlin.

Sayako Kusaka serves as the artistic director of the Konzerthaus Kammerorchester Berlin. She has been the first concertmaster at the Konzerthausorchester Berlin since March 2008 and also holds the position of concertmaster at the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra in Japan since 2012. Kusaka has an impressive background in music, having studied in Tokyo, the USA, and Germany, and has won numerous prestigious awards and competitions. She has also performed internationally with several esteemed orchestras and ensembles.
